Farewell Jersey

Dear Clinic Community,

headshot of Michelle of the Pinwheel Community Acupuncture Project

It is with mixed feelings that I am saying farewell to Chico Community Acupuncture and all of you wonderful people who make it such a special place.

My family and I will be relocating to Iowa City later this month. We are happy for the opportunity to live closer to our relatives, and we will miss everything Chico has offered us in the past ten years.

Thank you so much for the opportunity to get to know you and to serve you in the clinic; I am immeasurably enriched by my connections to all of you, and I appreciate the learning and growth this space has afforded me. I am especially grateful to Olivia for creating a space for me to do my best work while I have been here.

When we get to Iowa, we will be re-opening The Pinwheel Community Acupuncture Project. It will be the first dedicated Community Acupuncture clinic in the state of Iowa, and we hope it will be the first of many!

Several of you have asked how you can help us with our transition.

Here are a few things that would be great:

All the best,

“Jersey” Michelle Rivers, L.Ac.

P.S. Hugs help, too! Pop by before my last day on September 18th.
